I established my Self Managed Super’ Fund in 2003. During the past 16 years my SMSF was managed by two different Administrators. Through out that period of time I was forever sending copious emails to follow up issues. My SMSF Financial Statements were not available until early Dec generally despite the fact that source documents had been emailed to the Administrators by mid Sep.
I signed up with Green Frog Super in March 2020. Since then it has been a pleasure to deal with Karen. There is no requirement to follow up matters as issues are addressed promptly and courteously and with clarity. The fees of Green Frog Super are approx half of the amount I was paying (in advance !) with previous Administrators. No auto debits here ! Tax Invoices are only issued after services have been delivered - something we rarely see these days.
The Green Frog software is easy to use and most importantly Karen is very flexible as to how clients upload their data.
My Financial Statements, Audit Report and Tax Return were completed during the first week of Sept. This is a fantastic standard of service !
